Coffee mug Shipping depends on the quantity you order. Prices ranges from $15.00 - $45.00 a box. If a shipment weights over 256 lbs we will consider using Carriers (Trucking companies). Example: 11oz basic mugs are 36 in a box weighing at 32lbs, price to ship 32lbs to california will be $27.00. 144 shot glasses shipping to Texas will be approx $45.00. 288 El grande mugs to New York will be $168.00. Mugs and glasses are the heaviest promotional product to ship.

2. Can I order a quantity that is not listed?back to top
You can order odd quantity such as 100pcs, but you will be charge the 72pcs price.

3. How do I send my logo to you?back to top
There are three ways you can send your logo to us. The easiest and fastiest way to send artwork is sending via email. The second choice is sending it by fax. The third choice is sending it by mail.

4. Do you take rush jobs and if so, how much extra do you charge?back to top
We accept all rush order jobs. We charge the rush price listed on the product page, and any additional shipping charge that may be require in order to get the items by your event date. If you do not see a rush price, please contact us.

5. Once I place an order, How long does it take before I get my order?back to top
Our normal production time is around 7-10 working days. Once the order is complete and paid for we will ship the order. Transit time will be another 1-5 days. NOTE: We ship from Miami, Florida 33172.

6. What is a screen charge for?back to top
A screen charge is a plate in which your logo is place and then duplicated on each mug that is being printed. This is necessary for us to create your artwork for your mugs. We first create a film, that is places in a special UV light machine that burns the image onto the screen. The ink is then pressed through the screen to imprint your image. For every color printed, there will be a screen made. Note for multiple color images we only charge a maximum of 4 screens, but that doesn't mean you are limited to four colors. You can print any many colors as you like.

7. Can I see my logo before you print it?back to top
Yes you can. Request a copy of your proof when placing your order and we'll either email it or fax it to you.

8. Once I place an order either by internet or phone, do you send confirmation?back to top
The way we send confirmation is sending you a invoice via email. You should expect an invoice withing 24 - 48 hours once your order is placed. If you do not receive your copy please contact us and we'll be glad to fax it to you.

9. What is the minimum order on your mugs?back to top
The absolute minimum is 36pcs.

10. Can you print on two sides?back to top
We can print on two sides, but there is a fee charge of $0.30 per mug.

11. Once I receive my mugs, what is your replacement policy if I receive broken mugs?back to top
Customer are covered financially in case of breakage. There is no charge for broken items. However, because broken items cannot be replaced (quantities less than 36pcs), it is advised that customers order extra to allow for the possibility of breakage.

12. Once I receive my mugs, and if I decided I need more mugs, what is the minimum order to do more mugs. Do I still pay for another screen charge?back to top
If you didn’t order enough mugs for your event, you can submit an order minimum quantity of 36pcs. You will not be charge another screen charge.

13. Is credit card the only way we can make a payment?back to top
Credit card is the preferable way to make a payment to avoid delays, but you can send payment by check or money order. If you decide to send either a check or money order, the production time does not start until we receive your payment.

14. Are your mugs dishwasher safe?back to top
All our imprinted mugs are dishwasher safe.

15. Can you do other occasions besides weddings and birthdays?back to top
We can do any special occasion you want, if you don’t have a design, please call our art department (305) 593-0911 and they'll design one for you.

16. Can you put the listed logos on items other than shot glasses?back to top
You can put any supply art we offer on any items that we have on our website.

17. How do I figure my total charges?back to top
Multiply the price per item by the quantity you are interested in. Add additional pricing for 2nd, 3rd, full color (max). Add screen charges (4 screen charges max) and add the shipping cost. If you need help calculating your total please call us.

18. How are your mugs printed. back to top
We offer two methods in printing. One is direct screen print and the other is hand applied decal print. What is the difference? Direct print is mainly use for simple logos with little details and decals are meant for high quality detail work. Decal print usually cost more because of the labor intensive work. Note: Decal prints are hand applied, meaning every mug will be unique.

19. Are your mugs permanent? back to top
All of our ceramic coffee mugs, sports glasses, martini glasses, pilsner, and margaurita , are permanent printed. Other products like our stainless steel travel wares, shot glasses, pub glass, wine glasses, flutes favors, bud vases, and shooter glasses are recommended for hand wash only and will lose details if commercial washed. Having a life-time print is possible, but will cost more.
